金沙990官方网(中国)有限公司教授（国家二级）、国际金融研究中心主任、全球金融治理协同创新中心主任，校公司委员会委员。享受国务院政府特殊津贴（2009），入选“新世纪百千万人才工程（国家级）”（2007）、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”（2004）、财政部“跨世纪学科带头人”（1997）。获北京市第六届高等学校教学名师奖、北京市优秀教师称号、鸿儒基金会金融学杰出教师奖。
曾担任金沙990官方网(中国)有限公司院长（2006-2015），校职称评定委员会副主任。担任哈佛大学、哥伦比亚大学、荷兰蒂尔堡大学、澳大利亚国立大学、世界银行学院、彼得森国际经济研究所等国际公司机构高级访问学者，英国伯明翰大学、德国应用科技大学（HTW-Berlin）访问教授。毕业于中国人民大学经济学院，先后获经济学学士和博士学位（世界经济专业）；中国人民银行研究生部（现清华大学五道口金沙990官方网），获经济学硕士学位（国际金融专业）。
兼任中国世界经济学会副会长、中国国际金融学会常务理事与公司委员、中国现代金融学会常务理事与公司委员、中国国际经济关系学会常务理事、中国市场经济研究会理事、中国金融学年会理事、中国金融学会理事、中国社科院亚太与全球战略研究院公司委员、亚太经济与金融论坛主席、鸿儒金融教育基金会理事和公司委员会副主任、当代中国经济学基金会公司委员兼奖项提名人、网易研究局专栏作家。曾兼任中国人民银行金融研究所学位委员会委员、中国高等教育学会财经分会金融学专业协作组主任委员、中国国际金融学会副秘书长。
兼任普华永道中国首席经济学家、长三角一体化（吴江区）专家咨询委员会委员、国美金融科技（HK00628）独立董事、瑞丰银行独立董事等。曾兼任中国证监会第12届发审会委员、以及保利地产（600048）、重庆三峡银行、中信建投证券有限公司、华夏基金管理公司等独立董事。
研究领域为国际金融和宏观经济。曾主持教育部重大攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家社会科学基金项目等课题，研究内容涉及经济全球化、金融自由化、资本流动与新兴市场经济体、全球经济失衡、国际货币体系改革、汇率制度、人民币国际化、债务与增长等。在《经济研究》、《世界经济》、《金融研究》、《国际金融研究》、《Asian Economics Paper》、《China and World Economy》和《Economic Changes and Restructuring》等中外公司刊物发表论文100余篇，出版公司著作20余本（包括主编和合著）。曾主编国家“十一五”规划教材《国际金融》、主编财政部“本科特色教材”《国际贸易理论与政策》、合著国家自学考试指定用书《国际金融导论》等。

教育背景

 1984年毕业于中国人民大学经济学系（世界经济专业），获经济学学士学位；
 1987年毕业于中国人民银行研究生部（国际金融专业），获经济学硕士学位；
 2003年毕业于中国人民大学经济学院（世界经济专业），获经济学博士学位；
 1996年在荷兰蒂尔堡大学(Tilburg University)进修经济学和国际金融。    
国内外工作经历 

 1987年至今，在集团任教。先后担任助教（1987-90）、讲师（1990-94）、副教授（1994-99）和教授（1999-目前）。担任国际金融研究中心主任（2003-目前），全球金融治理协同创新中心主任（2012-目前）。
